Unfortunately, a number of problems with the proposed new OpenSkills constitution have been identified since the 2004-11-04 version.
The key issues are:
- It is not made clear that members of OpenSkills must be natural persons, and that other kinds of entities (e.g. companies) are not allowed to be members.
- There are some duplications and errors in the roles defined in the terminology section (1.1).
The bulk of the constitution and supporting documents are still the same as the 2004-09-22 v2 constitution.
- Unlike the current association rules, there are a number of gender specific references (e.g. He, Him, His) in the new constitution.
The edited version (clearly not a final version) called 20041107.pdf
The differences between this version and 20041104 are called 20041107vs20041104.pdf
